- Damage from unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Software, files, or accounts added after delivery
FAQ
What voids the warranty?
Accidental damage after delivery, unauthorized repairs or modifications, and normal cosmetic wear that was already disclosed in the listing's condition grade all fall outside the warranty — see "What's not covered" above for the full list.
Can I extend it?
Not currently — every laptop gets the same 90-day coverage on parts and workmanship, and we don't offer a paid extension beyond that right now.
What if a laptop arrives faulty?
It's covered from the moment it arrives. Email support with your order reference and what's wrong, and we'll sort out a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the issue.
Filing a claim
Email support with your order reference and a description of the issue — we'll get back to you with next steps, whether that's a repair, a replacement, or a refund.
